Yet, if you’re feeling like you’ve already over done it and you need to detox your body and shed a kilo or two, then look no further than this glorious smoothie designed with you bloated holiday revelers in mind. Many smoothies are staunch allies in the fight against weight gain, and this little number is no exception!
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
½ cup frozen blackberries
2 tsp ginger, peeled & grated
1 cup almond milk
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp honey
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until homogenized. If necessary, add more almond milk. Serve in a tall glass with ice.
