What is your return policy?

You can exchange an item within 15 days of the purchase date, along with your receipt. The item needs to be in its original packaging, in mint condition, sealed and unused. The policy does not apply to groceries, baby food, tobacco, underwear and beachwear.

What products are available at METRO?

All METRO supermarkets include a fresh fruit and veg department, a butchery, a delicatessen with wide varieties of local and imported cheeses and deli, a bakery, fresh seafood section, a cellar with a wide selection of wines and spirits from around the world, a very large grocery section plus home and garden items and vacation equipment.

Do you stock dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, and organic products?

Yes to all of the above

Do you stock baby formula and baby foods?

The baby care section offers a wide selection of baby food, organic baby meals, baby milk formula, nappies, wipes, potties and all other necessary equipment.

Do you stock souvenirs?

There is a souvenir section plus a section where you can find all the necessary items and equipment for your holidays at METRO Paralimni, Limassol, and Larnaca.

Is there a cafeteria at METRO?

There is a cafeteria where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea/coffee at METRO Larnaca and METRO Paralimni. There is also a Mikel Coffee branch at METRO Strovolos.

Do employees speak English or Russian at METRO?

All employees speak English and some speak Russian. If you need assistance please ask a member of staff or go to the customer service desk, we will gladly offer help.
