So next time you’re watching the game, chilling at the beach or just plain hanging with friends, be sure to crack open a cold one and reap the many benefits beer has to offer!

Beer is a rich source of nutrients and antioxidants, made basically from barley, yeast, other grains and loads of water; 93% to be exact! It’s alcohol content is relatively low, which makes it a pretty “healthy” drink, provided you don’t overdo it that is. It goes well with everything, and beer actually really quenches your thirst! Plus, it’s just plain cheap! So don’t be shy, and lift your glasses to the sky!
