Homemade yogurt protein shake, for energy that lasts all day long!
With just one sip you become…Superman or woman!!
Ingreditens:
1 banana
150 g low fat yogurt or soy yogurt
100ml skim milk
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp flaxseeds or sunflower seeds
1 pinch cinnamon (or ½ tsp if we’d like a bit more)
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix them together thoroughly. Pour into a glass and add ice if you like. Enjoy!
