400 g white chocolate
20 g dry cranberries
10 g Aleppo pistachio
1 tbsp vanilla extract
5 g Shredded coconut
Zest of a lime

1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
2. Add in all the solid ingredients and zest from the lime.
3. Mix the mixture well to homogenize.
4. In a baking pan with parchment paper, spread the whole mixture evenly.
5. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour to thicken and when it gets frozen, break it into small pieces.
