Ingredients (4 portions)
½ beef steak, sirloin
1/2 kg uncooked peeled tiger prawns, with tails left on
2 large potatoes, cut into 2 cm cubes
250gr. green beans (fresh or frozen)
6 tbsps. butter, melted
1 tbsp. steak grill seasoning
2 tsps. Dijon mustard
Salt
Method
Position oven rack 6 cm from broiler element. Heat oven to 220C. Spread some olive oil on a cooking sheet pan.
In a shallow dish, mix potatoes, 2 tablespoons of the melted butter and the salt. Spread potatoes in single layer on pan. Roast for 20 minutes. Stir potatoes on the sheet pan, making room for the steak.
In the shallow dish, mix 2 tablespoons of the melted butter and the grill seasoning; add steak, and turn to coat. Add steak to pan, and pour any remaining butter mixture from pie plate over steak; roast 9 minutes. Remove pan from oven. Set oven control to broil. Turn steak.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix 1 tablespoon melted butter and mustard. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Add the tiger prawns in single layer to pan around steak and potatoes. Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and steak is cooked to desired temperature (57C for medium).
Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling water and salt, boil beans for 10-15 minutes until they are softened. When they are finished, drain them and pour the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter.
Serve them all together with plenty of love and bon appetite!
