1. In a bowl, place the milk, sugar, sweetened milk, egg and yeast.
2. Mix with a hand whisk.
3. Add the flour and salt.
4. Transfer to the mixer's bowl and beat with the hook for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture turns into a dough.
5. Add the butter and knead on medium-high speed for 10 minutes.
6. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
7. Roll out the dough with the rolling pin in an oval shape, 1cm thick and sprinkle with the sugar and chocolates.
8. Wrap in a cylindrical shape and then cut into 6 equal parts.
9. Butter and flour a 25x12 cm pan.
10. Place in the pan, the pieces that you have cut, next to each other.
11. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 1 hour.
12. Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees in the air.
13. Break the egg into a small bowl and spread the bread.
14. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. At the same time, in a small pot, heat the sweetened milk with the butter for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
15. Take the bread out of the oven and spread.
