2 sea bream 1300gr approximately
¼ cup (60ml) olive oil
1/3 cup (90ml) lemon juice
2 teaspoons (2 gr) dry oregano
1 ½ teaspoon (12gr) cooking salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 lemons cut in round slices
1/3 cup (85gr) white dry wine

Clean the sea bream with water, dry them and place them in a tray. We pour the olive oil and lemon juice. In a small bowl ads the salt oregano and pepper and mix well. Sprinkle all over the fish (front, back and inside the fish) Place on top of the fish the round slices of lemon and pour the wine. Bake in grill 200°C for 50’. Remove from oven place it in a platter. Keep some of the juices of the fish pour on top and add some fresh oregano for the presentation.
