Cut the hazelnuts in half. In case you need to avoid salt use the raw hazelnuts and roasted 3-4 minutes in a nonstick pan. Then you let them cool.
Take a nice salad bowl and place rocket and spinach leaves, the pomegranate, figs, hazelnuts, pecan, cranberries and goat cheese cut in pieces.
In a small jar you place the olive oil pomegranate syrup and salt. Close the jar and shake well. Finally pour the dressing and mix all together just before serving.
