Ramen with Prawns

Ingredients

160g shrimps, peeled and deveined 
500g vegetable stock
egg noodles
1 tbsp fish sauce 
4 button mushrooms 
1 lime
2 tbsps fresh coriander 
2 pieces spring onion 
1 chili
30g soy sauce
5g egg
50g string beans
4 pieces of corn 
1 boiled egg 
10g lemongrass

 

Method
Boil vegetable stock in a large pot and add soy sauce, fish sauce, shrimp, string beans, corn, lemongrass, mushroom and spring onions. Let it boil for 6 minutes.
In another pot, boil the egg noodles in water for 2 minutes.
Add noodles in a large bowl and pour over the shrimp stock.
Garnish with coriander leaves, slices of lime, a boiled egg – boil for 5 minutes – cut in half and chili.
