1 kg of gammon

1. Boil the gammon according to its weight. Exc. 1 kg of gammon - 1 hour boiling
2. After you have boiled it, put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until it cools down.
3. Remove the net and clean the outer part.
4. Then cut the pineapple into thin slices.
5. Pierce the gammon with the cloves and place the slices of the pineapple lengthwise to cover its surface.
6. Finely chop the rosemary and thyme and sprinkle over the surface.
For the glaze
7. In a bowl mix worsecestershire sauce, soy sauce and honey.
8. With a basting brush sprinkle the gammon and pineapple on all sides with the glaze and bake in a dry oven at 215 C degrees for 30 minutes.
9. Cut into thin slices and serve with maple syrup.
