Ingredients

300 ml full-fat milk 
100 ml heavy cream
100 g strained yogurt
40 g corn flour
50 g pistachio
100 g sugar
Zest of 1 lime
1 tbsp vanilla extract

 

Method
1. In a saucepan with medium heat, get roast the pistachio. 
2. Add the milk, heavy cream and yogurt in it, dilute the corn flour with a little cold water and add them to the mixture with the vanilla extract. Stir continuously. 
3. After the mixture has thickened, ideally put it in a serving pot.
4. Garnish with lime zest.
