Ingredients (per person):
100 gr spaghetti
2 slices of back bacon cut into little pieces
50 gr light cream cheese
50 ml skimmed milk
1 egg
Salt & pepper
Directions:
First, cook your pasta as directed on the package.
While your pasta cooks, take a non-stick pan and pan-fry your back bacon. Once your back bacon is cooked, remove from the pan.
Next, add your light cream cheese, egg and milk to the same pan you cooked the bacon in. On a medium to low flame, stir the ingredients together until melted and mixed all together into one, creamy consistency.
Do this for about 3 to 5 minutes and don’t forget to add some salt and pepper according to taste before finishing the sauce.
Once your pasta is finished cooking, drain it and place in a large bowl. Add your finished light and creamy sauce over the pasta, and then take your bacon bits and sprinkle them on top of the pasta as well.
Mix your pasta with the sauce and bacon bits 2 to 3 times, and you are ready to serve!
