400g cream cheese
10 ml vanilla extract
250g cinnamon biscuits
150g hazelnuts
150g butter

1. Melt butter in a small pan.
2. Add cinnamon biscuits and hazelnuts in a blender and mash while gradually adding the melted butter.
3. In a porcelain deep dish, cross- line the membrane and spread the biscuit on the base.
4. Put the deep dish with the biscuit mixture, in the fridge.
5. Beat whipping cream in a blender until you get a nice chantilly (whipped cream) and then add dulce de leche and cream cheese. When they are all incorporated add this mix into the deep dish over the frozen biscuit and spread.
6. Place deep dish in the freezer.
7. When frozen, take it out and add the rest of the biscuit mix and put again in the freezer for a day
