Hummus with soy sauce

Ingredients

 

1 clove of garlic
5-6 tbsps. olive oil
Salt
Pepper
50 ml soy sauce
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
400g chickpeas, boiled
3-4 tbsps. tahini
1 tsp. cumin
2 tbsps. cream of balsamic

Method

 

Add chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, zest and of lemon in a blender and blend well.

Add garlic, soy sauce, cumin, cream of balsamic, salt and pepper. 
Blend and serve.
