400g chickpeas, boiled
3-4 tbsps. tahini
1 tsp. cumin
2 tbsps. cream of balsamic

Add chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, zest and of lemon in a blender and blend well.
Add garlic, soy sauce, cumin, cream of balsamic, salt and pepper.
Blend and serve.
