Ingredients (For 4 persons)
12 chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons of liquid honey
2 lemons
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
One stick of rosemary
Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat your oven to 200 C. In an appropriate sized bowl, mix the honey, olive oil, salt and pepper together. After mixing well, cut your 2 lemons in half and squeeze each of the halves into the glaze. Mix well all together for a second time. Then, after laying your drumsticks out on the baking pan, with a cooking brush, brush the glaze evenly on each of the drumsticks. Unpluck the rosemary leaves and sprinkle them on top of the chicken. Then, bake for 45-50 minutes or until the inside is no longer pink, and there you have it! Your healthy, honey version of Chicken drumsticks!
