For the burgers
600g minced pork
1 small onion, finely chopped

40g breadcrumbs
1 tsp pepper

For the salad
1 bunch of fresh coriander, chopped
2 cucumbers
50g rucola leaves
2 radishes
100g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
50g feta cheese
3-4 tbsps olive oil
2-3 tbsps balsamic vinegar
Salt
1 tsp dried mint
