Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Place non-stick baking paper in a pan and add the almonds. Cook in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Let them cool down. Cut the chocolate into small pieces, place it bowl and melt in a bain-marie. Meaning, add water into a small pot up to the middle and place the glass bowl on top. Careful, its bottom should not touch the water. Stir until the chocolate melts. Place the almonds inside and stir. With the help of 2 spoons, remove the almonds from the pot and spread them onto non- stick baking paper.
Let the chocolate cool down and put the chocolates in a vaze for the perfect Christmas gift!
