400g cream cheese

50g petit beurre biscuits, crumbled
50g hazelnuts, chopped

1) Add whipping cream in a mixer and beat well until it has a whipped cream feel and look.
2) Add cream cheese and cocoa kai stir.
3) Slowly add condensed milk and stir until it has a nice and smooth texture.
4) Take mixing device out and using a spatula, stir hazelnuts and biscuits in the cream.
5) Transfer cream in a bowl and put in the freezer.
6) Every 1 hour stir the ice cream so it freezes homogenously. Repeat 6-7 times.
7) When your ice cream is ready, serve in cones and garnish with chocolate decoratifs
