Chinese Fried Rice for the entire family!

One of the most delicious dishes of Chinese cuisine is fried rice. We give you an easy recipe with added vegetables and chicken!
 
Ingredients: (4 people)
 
3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into cubes
 
1 egg
 
1 tbsp water
 
1 tbsp butter
 
1 tbsp vegetable oil
 
1 onion, chopped
 
1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, corn and carrots), stir-fried
 
2 cups cooked rice, cooled (preferably Jasmine rice)
 
2 tbsps soy sauce
 
1 tsp black pepper
 
Method:
 
Once your chicken, vegetables and rice are cooked, cut the chicken into small cubes and leave everything aside to cool.
 
Next, beat your egg in a small bowl. Melt the butter in a large skillet or wok, over medium-low heat. Add the egg, spreading it across the surface of the pan and let it cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the pan and shred it so that it resembles scrambled egg.
 
In the same pan, heat your oil. Add the onion and sauté until soft. Next, add the rice, soy sauce, vegetables, chicken and pepper. Mix (stir fry) together for 5 minutes, then add the egg and mix for another 5 minutes. Serve the Chinese fried rice hot!
