1. Boil the eggs for about 7 minutes.
2. In a bowl add the cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, chopped chives and at the same time grate the boiled egg inside and homogenize the mixture.
3. In a pan bake the bacon without using any oil.
4. Spread the mixture of cheese on both sides of the multi-seeded bread and place it in the oven at 200 C degrees in the air to melt.
5. In a bowl, cut avocado after you have cleaned it and then melt it with the fork.
6. After you have taken the bread out of the oven, put the bacon and avocado on the bread and garnish with the cherry tomatoes in the middle.
7. Serve with French fries and mixed salad leaves.
