Avocado and cucumber soup

Ingredients

80 g avocado
130 g cucumber 
20 ml olive oil
Zest of half lime
Juice of 1 lime 
5 ice cubes
30 g spinach
5 basil leaves 
6 mint leaves
1 tbsp honey
5 g ginger
150 ml water
For garnish
3 slices of lime
3 slices of red chili
Basil leaves
Maple syrup
Sea salt flakes

 

Method

1. Place all the liquid elements of the recipe in the blender's bowl. Then add all the solids and mash. 
2. Cut the lime and chili into thin slices.
3. Serve the soup and garnish with the chili, lime, salt flakes and maple syrup.
