Apple Cinnamon Smoothies anyone?

 Ingredients

150ml yogurt

1 apple

1 tsp honey

1 tbsp oats

a dash of cinnamon

 

For the garnish

1 cinnamon stick

 

Directions

Peel and de-core the apple. Cut into thin slices or cubes. Put all the ingredients except the cinnamon into a blender and blend thoroughly. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and as much cinnamon powder as you can handle.
