8 pork sausages
8 thin slices of bacon
100 gr brown sugar
16 rosemary sprigs

Preheat over to 175C. Line a baking sheet.
Wrap each pork sausage in 1 slice of bacon and attach 1-2 sprigs of rosemary along the sausage.
Place them on the baking dish, sprinkle with brown sugar, season and bake until the bacon and sugar are caramelized, about 1 hour.
Take out of the oven, cut into 2-3 pieces and serve with a bowl of mustard or other sauce of your liking.
