2 tsps Cajun mixture

Preheat oven to 175C. Sprinkle some olive oil in a baking dish.
Whisk eggs in a shallow bowl and mix parmeggiano reggiano cheese and Cajun seasoning together on a plate.
Dip each pork chop into the eggs. Press into the cheese mixture until it’s coated on both sides. Place the pork chops in the prepared baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven until golden, for about 35 to 40 minutes.
