1 pack (500g) of penne pasta
4 eggs, well beaten
200g feta cheese
4 cups (1L) milk
1 vegetable stock (cube)
3 cups (750ml) water
1 tsp salt
3 tbsps. (75g) unsalted butter
1 piece (200g) turkey, boiled
Chopped parsley for garnish
1 pack (500g) of penne pasta

1) Cut boiled turkey into cubes.
2) Add uncooked pasta in a large baking dish (26X3cm) and then add the turkey.
3) Mix well and add eggs feta, milk, vegetable stock (diluted in water), salt and pepper.
4) Add chopped butter on top and cover baking dish with foil. Bake at 180C for 50 minutes.
5) Take foil off and keep baking for 15-20 minutes or until food gets a nice golden colour.
6) Sprinkle some chopped parsley on top and serve.
