Lasagna with Three Cheeses and Spinach

We present this super easy Lasagna recipe with three cheeses and spinach that’s screams home-comfort deliciousness!! Tell me that doesn’t sound decadent, right?
This recipe needs about 15 minutes prep time, 75 minutes of baking and makes roughly 10 servings.

Ingredients:

A 300g. box of lasagna sheets (cooked al dente according to instructions)
250g. frozen spinach
3 eggs
½ cup grated parmesan
3 cups grated mozzarella
3 cups cottage cheese
3 cups ready-made tomato sauce

Method:

Preheat your oven to 160 degrees.

Whisk your eggs in a bowl.  To the whisked eggs, add the grated parmesan and cottage cheese, and mix well.

Next, spray a glass baking dish (30 X 20 cm) with some olive oil.  Then, place one layer of the cooked lasagna sheets at the bottom of the dish and spoon about half of the spinach on top, pressing it down lightly, ensuring that it is evenly spread.

Top with another thin layer of lasagna sheets and add your cottage cheese, parmesan and the remaining spinach on top.

Then, evenly layer with another sheet of lasagna and spread your tomato sauce on top.  Lastly, sprinkle the entire dish with some grated mozzarella.

Cover your baking dish with aluminum foil, ensuring that all sides are completely secured, and allow to bake in the oven for approximately 1hr15min. A few minutes before your cooking time is finished, remove the foil and allow the top of the lasagna to brown slightly.

Tip: The secret to a decadently delicious lasagna is to remove it from the oven when cooking is complete, remove the foil, and allow it to rest for about 10-15 min before serving.

And then feast!!
