Pre-heat the oven at 180°C. Butter a circular pan of 24-26cm diameter with a whole in the middle. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the butter and sugar in the mixer’s bowl. Blend until the mixture becomes fluffy.
Reduce the speed and add the eggs. Blend until they are fluffy. Add the yoghurt and vanilla. Next, add the flour mixture little-by-little, along with the grated chocolate and the strawberries. Stir with a spatula and place the cake into the pan. Bake into the pre-heated oven for 55 minutes – 1 hour. To understand if it’s cooked, puncture the middle of the cake with a skewer, and if it’s dry when you remove it, it means that the cake is ready. Set the cake aside to cool down and remove it from the pan. Garnish with strawberries and, if you wish, sprinkle it with caster sugar.
