500g linguini pasta
80g butter
1 tbsp pepper

100g parmesan cheese
Fresh Thyme

Fill a pot up to half with water and place on high heat until it boils.
Add salt, linguini pasta and let it cook 2 further more minutes from the indicated cooking time.
Strain and keep the water from the pasta.
Place pan on high heat and add half the butter.
Add pepper and let butter melt and absorb the aromas of the pepper.
Add two tablespoons of that pasta water. Add pasta and stir in the rest of the butter until sauce thickens for 1-2 minutes.
Take pan off heat, add half of parmesan and stir until it melts. Add rest of the parmesan and stir until it’s incorporated into the sauce.
Garnish with fresh thyme.
