For the marinade:
1) Add all the marinade ingredients to a bowl and mix with a whisk.
2) Then place the strips of chicken in the bowl and transfer to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
For the flour:
1) Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
For the breading:
1) Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
For the sauce:
1) In a small pot add the butter and heat until it melts and starts foaming. At this point add the minced garlic.
2) When the garlic is cooked, add chili flakes and paprika and mix well with a whisk.
3) Then add the soy sauce, bring to a boil and at the end add the honey.
4) Simmer for about 6-7 minutes.
Final stage:
1) In a pot add the seed oil and heat.
2) Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and remove from the marinade.
3) Place the bowls with the egg and the flour side by side.
4) Place one piece at a time in the flour and then in the egg. Dip in the flour again and then transfer to the hot oil. Fry until you have a nice golden colour. Continue until fry the whole chicken and place on absorbent paper.
5) Then spread the fried chicken with the sauce.
6) Serve.
