Ham and cheese pie (with ready puff pastry)

A very easy pie, delicious and very economical with super METROoffers!
 
You will need:
1 packet puff pastry
200 g. Gruyere cheese cut into cubes 
200 g. Gouda cheese cut into cubes
250 g. ham cut into strips
6 tbsp. ketchup
1 egg
1-2 tbsp. milk
 
Let's go ...
Mix the cheeses together with the ham in a bowl. Take a pan or Pyrex dish and grease it lightly with a brush (or kitchen paper). Line the internal surfaces completely with one sheet of ready puff pastry, spread the ketchup on with a spoon and add the ham and cheese mixture. Cover the pie with the second sheet of puff pastry and cut the uncooked pie into large, individual pieces, with a straight knife. In a cup, beat the whole egg with a few drops of milk vigorously with a fork until it foams and to reduce the excessive eggy smell. Spread the mixture onto each piece, so that your ham and cheese pie acquires a pleasant rosy pink colour. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 40 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
